Congrats to you two! Austin is a great place, you are sure to enjoy living there.

The footnote is intriguing - as far as I know, the UN, World Bank etc are all quota exempt, and these are not research institutions.

I changed my address by calling USCIS customer service. Even that change took couple of days to spread thru their system.

The AR-11 Address Change must be done but that's a different system (yeah, I know!)

Austin is very beautiful and lively in Texas...Congrats on your move...
I was in Houston for 5 years and have visited College Station few times...Certainly love that place for the college town vibe...

Hi, this is extremely useful. I need to change my address as well as I am moving. Did you change your address by calling USCIS customer care?

Did you fill the AR-11 form as well? I am confused if that is required since for F-1 students updating SEVIS automatically updates the address in the immigration database AFAIK.

This part of Texas has lot of German and Czech immigrants; more than 60-70 year old communities so the name Manheim must have been bastardized from its original roots.

The drive was long but as long as there isn't any traffic, I was fine with it.

Mannheim (with a double n) is a city close to where we live. A Manheim in the US sounds strange.

Two hours -- that's tough. Reminds me of my four hour weekend drives to Brussels (but that was in the evenings, and wasn't for work!).

What they teach you in college definitely needs change but that doesn't mean that the entire concept/experience needs to be chucked out.

Interesting. I never thought of education as a concept that you could get from home. For me it was always about college education. I'd go as far as to say a 4 year degree these days gets you nothing IMO - you need a lot more college training for life these days and it only gets tougher as time progresses.

Yes, it will. But I want people to switch to using my core feed i.e. ipatrix.com/feed and remove any association with Feedburner. I just wanted to preempt Google, if they are planning on shutting it down. As I said on Twitter, this need trumps any need for stats.

PS. I removed Google Analytics too. I use Mint anyway.

I had the same plugin. I deactivated the plugin, which then uses the core/default feed on the site (checked this using a reader). Then, I just changed the input feed in Feedburner to be the core site feed. Then, I changed all the RSS links on the site to be the core feed.
So, Feedburner is still active, but it uses the core feed. If I do a post similar to yours, some people will switch over, some won't. Feedburner will keep working until they actually shut it down since I am not deleting it.
I think this should work. But I'll let you know if it doesn't.

Btw, you could just re-setup the Feedburner with the same name as your old feed, use your core feed as the input and all your old subscribers will still get updates till Feedburner shuts down. At least logically, it should work that way.
